Especially for Smart Wives

Blogging, Jokes, Smart wife March 31st, 2007 | Viewed 1,220 views

This just come in the mailbox. Papa want to dedicate this all to my lady friends. Let just says, the wives, the Smart wives!

WIFE VS. HUSBAND

A couple drove down a country road for several miles, not saying a word. An earlier discussion had led to an argument and neither of them wanted to concede their position. As they passed a barnyard of mules, goats, and pigs, the husband asked sarcastically, “Relatives of yours?” “Yep,” the wife replied, “In-laws.”

[Papa: Oouchh... she's good  ]

WORDS

A husband read an article to his wife about how many words women use a day… 30,000 to a man’s 15,000. The wife replied, “The reason has to be because we have to repeat everything to men… The husband then turned to his wife and asked, “What?”

[Papa: this sounds familiar  ]

CREATION

A man said to his wife one day, “I don’t know how you can be so stupid and so beautiful all at the same time. ” The wife responded, “Allow me to explain. God made me beautiful so you would be attracted to me; God made me stupid so I would be attracted to you!

[Papa: How come this correct too, ah? ]

WHO DOES WHAT

A man and his wife were having an argument about who should brew the coffee each morning. The wife said, “You should do it, because you get up first, and then we don’t have to wait as long to get our coffee.” The husband said, ” You are in charge of cooking around here and you should do it, because that is your job, and I can just wait for my coffee.” Wife replies, “No, you should do it, and besides, it is in the Bible that the man should do the coffee.” Husband replies, “I can’t believe that, show me.” So she fetched the Bible, and opened the New Testament and showed him at the top of several pages, that it indeed says………. “HEBREWS”

[Papa: You indeed smart wife! :???: ]

The Silent Treatment

A man and his wife were having some problems at home and were giving each other the silent treatment. Suddenly, the man realized that the next day, he would need his wife to wake him at 5:00 AM for an early morning business flight. Not wanting to be the first to break the silence (and LOSE), he wrote on a piece of paper, “Please wake me at 5:00 AM.” He left it where he knew she would find it. The next morning, the man woke up, only to discover it was 9:00 AM and he had missed his flight. Furious, he was about to go and see why his wife hadn’t wakened him, when he noticed a piece of paper by the bed. The paper said, “It is 5:00 AM. Wake up.” Men are not equipped for these kinds of contests.

[Papa: You Smart, twisted Wife  Your fault husband! ]

God may have created man before woman, but there is always a rough draft before the masterpiece.

Oouch… that hurst, man. Really hurt!

Now, Women, tell me you not laughing now? And Men, can you handle all these? Papa honestly, definitely CANNOT! No wonder, wife and Papa always argue. She must be one smart, intelligent woman. We only stop arguing later on because son Josh just keep looking at us. OOOoopps.

Special dedication goes to … in my blog diary, has to go to Lilian. You Rock Mom! [nodding now]
Papa also need to mention other wifes in the there too. OK, not you Cindy. you are not married, Papa knows. Isk isk isk. Mother, smart wifes includes: Doris with son Clayton, Nicole with son Sean, Someone from East Cost of Singapore with son Jaymes, and last but not least, Mary Ann. Who blamed wrongly her daughter for losing her USB. She found already. [I got to keep the blue color one lah... i wonder who's USB is this.. found in the office! Hehehe]

Lastly here: To husband: I can only think one here(this is because I’m the only Papa around who ‘Kepochee’ enough to go around the ladies): Azrin, don’t be too smart. the wife may be smarter than all of us here. Hehehe. Just kidding there. No jokes no fun. ;) Actually I got another two fathers. Azmeen, the cool knowledgeable in Linux and almost everything and Gontua, the engineer(he call it engine-air only LOL ).

additional note: Papa usually don’t pay saman. Any saman Papa throws in the rubbish. Traffic offence – got someone inside, credit card late payment – I got lawyer friend, so ignored only. Hahahahaa!.

Phheewww. A long post here on a bright sunny day outside and cool 20 degree Celcius inside this damn Computer Room, working on Public Holiday. You all lucky!

Edited: The New parent, is another good husband blog :)

Do you take care of your Parents?

This is a story that came into my mailbox a while ago. Papa really feels that everyone should know this. Papa want to share and that in no mean that Papa want to spam you all with such story. Please read through and comment on this post on what you think.

A simple man tells how his booking an air ticket for his father, his first flight, brought emotions and made him realize that how much we all take for granted when it comes to our parents.

My parents left for our native place on Thursday and we went to the airport to see them off. In fact, my father had never traveled by air before, so I just took this opportunity to make him experience the same. In spite of being asked to book tickets by train, I got them tickets on MAS.

The moment I handed over the tickets to him, he was surprised to see that I had booked them by air. The excitement was very apparent on his face, waiting for the time of travel. Just like a school boy, he was preparing himself on that day and we all went to the airport, right from using the trolley for his luggage, the baggage check-in and asking for window seat and waiting restlessly for the security check-in to happen. He was thoroughly enjoying himself and I, too, was overcome with joy watching him experience all these things.

As they were about to go in for the security check-in, he walked up to me with tears in his eyes and thanked me. He became very emotional and it was not as if I had done something great but the fact that this meant a great deal to him.

When he said thanks, I told him there was no need to thank me. But later, thinking about the entire incident, I looked back at my life. As a child how many dreams our parents have made come true. Without understanding the financial situation, we ask for football, dresses, toys, outings, etc. Irrespective of their affordability, they have satisfied to all our needs. Did we ever think about the sacrifices they had to make to accommodate many of our wishes?

Did we ever say thanks for all that they have done for us?

Same way, today when it comes to our children, we always think that we should put them in a good school. Regardless of the amount of donation, we will ensure that we will have to give the child the best, theme parks, toys, etc. But we tend to forget that our parents have sacrificed a lot for our sake to see us happy, so it is our responsibility to ensure that their dreams are realized and what they failed to see when they were young, it is our responsibility to ensure that they experience all those and their life is complete.

Many times, when my parents had asked me some questions, I have actually answered back without patience. When my daughter asks me something, I have been very polite in answering. Now I realize how they would have felt at those moments.

Let us realize that old age is a second childhood and just as we take care of our children, the same attention and same care need to be given to our parents and elders.

Rather than my dad saying thank you to me, I would want to say sorry for making him wait so long for this small dream. I do realize how much he has sacrificed for my sake and I will do my best to give the best possible attention to all their wishes. Just because they are old does not mean that they will have to give up everything and keep sacrificing for their grandchildren also. They have wishes, too.

Take care of your parents.

Nowadays, everyone seems to be busy. Everyone seems to have bigger business to handle and not to mention, bigger family too. :D One of my friend who was dating this girl that time, now already got 2 children. Isk isk isk. Time goes so fast. But still Papa remain with this hobby. The only [tag]hobby[/tag] interesting enough for me. The rest is just mere fun. But not in [tag]RC Nitro Offroad[/tag]. The adrenalin you going through racing with others cannot be compared with anything in this world. OK. Sex sometimes fun too. But thats different story. I just let my friend, Ahpek talk about it. He’s good at it.

Anyway, Here’s a video for you all what Papa talking about. Its a total blast.

So conclusion: What?

Another [tag]major decoding[/tag] in progress. If you are visiting at the moment and noticed something strange like out of proportion or the font is weird, well Papa is working at the background. Especially if you still using the [tag]buggy Internet Explorer[/tag] and [tag]Papa being little knowledge[/tag] on all this CSS coding.
So please just ignore and you can leave a message or two here again.

Sorry! No PPS and meme here for awhile.
