The uptime guarantee for sites hosted with HTNet Solutions is 99%. However, the actual uptime is closer to 99.9%… I’m just playing safe
Bear in mind that the uptime does not include downtime issues that are not related to our server and datacenter (eg. TMNet or Jaring connectivity issues). Those are beyond our control and not related to our infrastructure.
