To me all of Metalica's "worth listening to" songs came before the black album. The black album was not by the Metallica I knew, but more like a wannabe pop star. In all honesty, the best Metallica album was <b>...And Justice For All</b>. At least for me, it was. <b>Master of Puppets</b> was a close second. I was a Metallica fan probably until the black album.

To me all of Metalica’s “worth listening to” songs came before the black album. The black album was not by the Metallica I knew, but more like a wannabe pop star.

In all honesty, the best Metallica album was …And Justice For All. At least for me, it was. Master of Puppets was a close second.
