Anyway, I just received the bank statement this morning when I go check my mailbox. It was from the [tag]Public Bank[/tag] here stating the Expanded Use 4 digit numbers needed for the verification.
I know its not clear. BUT the Transaction Date = 21 May 2007, Transaction Amount = USD 1.95DR Billing Amount = RM 6.69DR and the most important part for this verification is the Transaction Description = XXXXPAYPAL — *EXPUSE. Your own four digits number appeared in the “XXXX” there.
[tag]What is four-digit Expanded Use Number?[/tag]
Your four-digit Expanded Use number appears on your credit card or debit card bank statement next to the Expanded Use fee. You can find it before the word ‘PayPal’ in the transaction description. It is not the last four digits of your credit card nor the telephone number that may appear at the end of the transaction description. Please allow three to four working days for the Expanded Use number to appear on your online credit card statement.
Here the form you need to fill up the 4 digits you received in your bank statement. You noticed, it charged on May 21st and it did said 3 or probably the most 4 days to appear in your bank statement. Its true, my bank statement dated May 24th
Now, do not be happy yet. Sadly, Malaysian is not able to withdraw their PayPal money to the Local Malaysian Bank other than the US Banks. Singaporean can though So, if you in Johor, just drive across to Singapore and open an account in any of the banks there and start receiving your money. My hobbyshop friend did this and no problem at all.
