Life Is Brutal, Might As Well Die!

Once again, my friend Criz Lai made me realized, Life Is Brutal, Might As Well We Commit Suicide and Die!. Interesting isn’t it? Go have a look and read why he said like that. Genuinely Comment there and then come back here and read my response to his posting :D .

Have you done reading his Nice View down there! Part 1 and It is really nice down there Part 2. Are you sure? OK. Now you are a better person just by reading all that. Huh, not yet? Go, read again :D

I can really, really understand the feeling, the agony he had gone through. As a matter of fact, I would definitely chose the same way to solve all that dilemma. What about you all? Would you just throw yourself down there and be over about it. After all, it is really a painful feeling. Would you get the shortest, quickest remedy to that by taking out yourself physically? Physically like better die than be hurtful. If you still blur, go ahead, read again Criz’s here.

But wait? Do not get me wrong. He does not ask you to commit suicide and I definitely do not encourage you to do so. What we or me referring to is how you handle such situation. Actually, it is the bad memory that need to commit suicide in yourselves. Forget and forgive. Let Bygone be Bygone. Somethimes hard, but we need to do it. Death is not the only Escape. Poetically mentioned but still it is a serious matter. Again, Death is not the way out! Period.

As Criz mentioned in the Part 2, we need others to cheer us up and to tell us, or should i say, shake us loose, from the dark memory. If can, we need others to help us to do reformatting. Erase the part of that bad dark memory in our brain. we can’t do this alone. Definitely not alone. You can try but you will not achieve it. Might as well jump from that roof. Seriously. Like the walking skeleton. You may be alive but no Life.

Here Criz say it nicely and wonderfully and right smack to the point:

Let someone know your pain
For a few moments, let someone help carry your pain
Someone who is there because they care enough to help a stranger in need
Because they know, or they have seen
From someone they know, or somewhere they have been
That your life may be in danger and there is nothing they can say
To really make that pain go away
But they are there for you even so
Because somehow they know
That somehow, some way
They can help you find the strength to live another day

You own happiness is all that matters. Life is a gamble. Our own cycle of life is like the rolling wheel. You may be down there now, like face down, got dirty, splashed by the smelly dog leftovers, with all the rough and tumbles of the road. But bear in mind, it is just temporary. There is actually a better way up there with smooth asphalt … if only we continue. Yes, if only we continue to force our self to hang on and open our eyes wide and just pull through to face forward. Life is what we perceive it to be. We, the only decision maker here. Without realizing, we already up there. clearer and cleaner view. You, Your Own Destiny.

With this I end, Thanks Criz for making me realize that Life is not that all Bad. It is only bad when we think it is bad. To All My Friends who is always there for me, like Azmeen, Kay Kastum, Cindy, Jewelle from Brunei, Yvonne, Gallivanter, Ann of meowi, Sweetpea, Kuanhoong and the rest of mommies, I thank you all for always there to cheer me up with all your comments. If there’s any left out, please scold me. Yes, just scold me, like “Hey, Papa, where’s my name??? How can you forgot about me?” I probably too stress to meet all the demands ;) I am really sorry. Scold me ok ;)

Anyway, I am happy to share my experiences in order to enlighten people on the different perspective of life. Life is a lie if we set our mind to think so. It’s excuses that lead us to ruin our lives. Most people does not have the courage to CHANGE for the better, thus you can see how bad the world has turned out to be.

Papajoneh, there’s only ONE way to stop people from making that “jump”, get them to listen to Bon Jovi music (positive vibes) and they will understand that there’s so much more in life to see. :-)

If life was something simple, everyone would have become millionaires now would we?
If you fall, dust yourself and continue your journey. The problem starts when you fall and you never get up.!

This is true indeed. When I was back in Malaysia the other day, I have heard of news about someone who committed suicide and it was sad to hear that this happened to a very YOUNG girl. :( I am still shock of the incident till now. If this can affect me much.. imagine what this can do to the family concerned.

I was fired because I was talking to a friend abt the company issue when my director intercept cell phone call when he happened to stumble on my conversation. Iff that happened in America, I would have sued him first for invasion of my privacy , the 1st amendment of US constitution, the right of individual. But too bad, it was in Malaysia, mana ada individual rights, Nonsense man, company , boss can do whatever they want. Not anymore for me now, I am an American now, I talk abt individual rights, aisey !

When I was in Malaysia end of 2006, I was extremely shaken by the news of the 3 boys whom the father killed before he committed suicide. I thought goodness me, that $ he lost was peanut , less than US$50k, we are talking abt peanut $ with 4 person lives ! If only he has contacted me or any adoption agencies in US, he could easily get those boys adopted instead of killing them.

A lot of times , available resources, support system are very important for any problems we face.

I have been to that road and I knew how it is.

I sincerely think the best way to avoid commit suicide is to talk to someone u can trust. If it is financial issue, there is alway ways to raise funds. If it is health issue, there are a lot of places to seek health. And if it emotional issues, find someone who has gone through the road.

I do not believe life is a gamble. Life has many guide maps, it is up to us to find it. I do not think one should go on living life without a compass !

But, I personally think the word of God and HIS grace are my surviving tools.
