Technorati Ranking Review Again

Let me start this: This is PapaJoneh Technorati Ranking and not a review on Technorati itself 
So, back to the original thought. Remember my first Technorati Ranking under the million mark, well if you noticed the date posted, it is actually, exactly 3 months now. March 14th to June 14th, 2007. How pathetic I was then. Well, honestly, I still feel the same. Just check the Technorati Ranking then.

Nothing to celebrate actually. But since this is my personal blog and a blog is a like diary to me; I want to announce it anyway. I want to mark it here on June 14th, 2007. My Technorati Ranking is pretty amazing for me[I know you all under 30,000, so please spare me a link ok 
] but what I really looking forward now, is the Technorati Authority number.
Technorati Authority is the number of blogs linking to a website in the last six months. The higher the number, the more Technorati Authority the blog has.
It is important to note that we measure the number of blogs, rather than the number of links. So, if a blog links to your blog many times, it still only count as +1 toward your authority. Of course, new links mean the +1 will last another 180 days.
Technorati Rank is calculated based on how far you are from the top. The blog with the hightest Technorati Authority is the #1 ranked blog. The smaller your Technorati Rank, the closer you are to the top.
Currently as at typing, the unique number of blogs linking to me is only 71. So small indeed. 
I know again, some of you have like 100, 200 and even 400 above. So once again, spare me a link ok So I hope, if any of you still has not favourite or linking or better talked me at your post, please do so. Yeaaaah, I know. I am suggesting you all. I need this kind sympathy. ok?

Personally, I couldn’t give a hoot about Technorati. It’s just one of those popularity meter sites, like Alexa… only more cluttered and less meaningful; at least for me
