Making your Parents Happy

You know, when you are living alone in a big house with your spouse and children only, you tend to think what else you need. Now, that is the thought I have before the parents come and stay with you. :D Suddenly, everything is not enough. It is not that they are complaining or what. It is just the feeling you have when seeing them walking around within your house that makes you wish you have done the house better.

curved stairliftMy parents are quite old. They are on their 70s and 80s of age. Thank GOD they are still healthy. Even so, they prefer sleeping downstairs than have to go up the first floor to their own room. Imagine going up the stairs with 20 steps on your aging knees. I wish I can just install the stair lift and be happy about it. I would prefer the Curved Stairlift setting because it blends nicely with our current stairs. I do not have to worry anything about their installation. It is going to be custom built to the house design and with their expert craftsmanship it ensures secured and steady ride every time.

I personally like the remote control function that comes with it. It allows the user to “call” or “send” the [tag]stair lift[/tag] up and down by itself. Now, my parents are not that techie as I am but I bet they can use this easily. If they can use their current hand phone, they can definitely use this function. The ride will be so smooth and comfortable especially with padded seat and backrest, they probably going to stay there longer and be playing with it up and down. Guess what, they can even use the lockable on and off switch to prevent others from using the lift. Now, if my mom has the remote control in her hand, I am already feeling sorry for my father. No way will he be able to take it from her. That will definitely make my day. As long as they are happy, I will be happy too. :)
