Today Monday, as usual busy day for me. I actually have mood to blog hop and go chat live with you all but just could not ignore the bosses’ request. What to do, still not enough paid posting, reviews to make me stay at home like someone I know. Oh well, life goes on while I still got life. Oh heck! Check this news. I hate people doing like this to their relatives, what more to their own grandmother!
NEW DELHI (Reuters) - An Indian couple found an unwell 75-year-old woman lying on a garbage dump, apparently thrown out of her home by her daughter and grandsons who did not want to take care of her, the Hindustan Times reported.
(Advertisement)“She never complained about her family’s behaviour, only rued the fact that she couldn’t move without help,” Mohanasundari, one of the rescuers, said.
The “semi-paralysed” Palaniappan told her rescuers her youngest daughter had quarreled with other family members over who should take care of her. The daughter then got her sons to take their grandmother to the dump in the southern state of Tamil Nadu.
Sons and daughters have traditionally looked after their elderly parents but sociologists say that the pressures of modern life are seeing more elderly people abandoned by their children or sent to old-age homes.
Politicians expressed outrage over Palaniappan’s fate and said they would ask officials to take action against the family.
“I have asked the collector (a local official) to take care of the old lady, and take legal action against the children,” state Social Welfare Minister Poongothai, who like many in Tamil Nadu goes by one name, was quoted as saying.

Yea, I was about to say What goes around, comes around too. Tapi Jewelle said it odi.
So I’d just say:
Remember the story of a man who carried his old father on a back sack (yg bikin angkat padi tu?) with his son, into the woods to leave his old father behind? Then on their way back, the little son asked his father for the back sack because he will need it when his father turn old?
Sama lah with the story of the Indian woman. Someday, her kids will be thrown away to the dumpsters by their kids too. Padan muka!

Iyerrr.. how could these people treat their mother like that, throw at the garbage dump lagi! So ungrateful!! Feel like cursing the daughter and kids to have bad luck all throughoutt their life. So geram oh..
And off topic sikit, stay at home like someone you know? Hmm.. I wonder who that is…

Gosh…treating someone who are related to bringing them to this world that way is surely cruel. Treating human like dirt and rubbish? Don’t like throw them into a dump? What has happened to those human out there? Her family members involved should be sued, brought to court and put in jail. There are no excuses for this kind of human abuse.
