Where do you like to travel this year?

Traveling away from your usual local favorite is not always the best way to support your local tourism industry. You definitely not want to do that on the Visit Malaysia Year 2007. For a Malaysian, you just have to support your own hot spots.
There are many beautiful places to visit in Malaysia and one of my favorite is the Nexus Karambunai in Tuaran Sabah. I can safely say it is the heaven on earth resort. It is not cheap that is for sure but that is expected from a five star resort. I just cannot explain it here how good this place is. What more from a person with no journalism background like me.
On the other hand, just being honest here, the sound of being in the local resort not as exciting as saying you spend your time in the foreign country like for example at the Pigeon Forge vacation rentals in the smoky mountains. Staying inside the log cabin facing out the vast green trees seems to be the right remedy out of the busy life you had. So yes, why not. When I have the cash, a million perhaps, I will definitely go to such place and just forget everything.
Scary Tree Talk here

There are so many trees live and breath around us and most of them not so scary. Trees like mango trees, bamboo trees and even the silk trees, they are all we can safely say the friendly trees. However, one tree really gives the creep just by looking at it. Do you know what tree is that?
It is the Oak Tree. Oh yes, this is the tree can live longer than most human being. The one I found out through the Internet search has been living for more than 1000 years old! Yikes! The Oak Tree name is Seven Sisters Oak. Now, that for me is scary.

What are you going to do if your notebook gives you such problem?

What are you going to do if your notebook gives you such problem? This is a very interesting question. As an introduction, I love my notebook Acer Aspire 5050. It is powered by the AMD TurionTM 64 Mobile Technology, MK36 2.0 Ghz with 512KB L2 cache and with 1GB DDR2 RAM, my Internet life has been really exciting. Interestingly I have to say again, I bought it as an investment for my future Stay At Home Business. So far, it has not been all rosy and wonderful. It has its difficulties too.

Granny dumped?
Busy, Granny, Life July 23rd, 2007 | Viewed 1,234 views
Today [tag]Monday[/tag], as usual busy day for me. I actually have mood to blog hop and go chat live with you all but just could not ignore the bosses’ request. What to do, still not enough paid posting, reviews to make me stay at home like someone I know. Oh well, life goes on while I still got life. Oh heck! Check this news. I hate people doing like this to their relatives, what more to their own [tag]grandmother[/tag]!
[tag]NEW DELHI[/tag] (Reuters) – An Indian couple found an unwell 75-year-old woman lying on a garbage dump, apparently thrown out of her home by her daughter and grandsons who did not want to take care of her, the Hindustan Times reported.
(Advertisement)“She never complained about her family’s behaviour, only rued the fact that she couldn’t move without help,” Mohanasundari, one of the rescuers, said.
The “[tag]semi-paralysed[/tag]” [tag]Palaniappan[/tag] told her rescuers her youngest daughter had quarreled with other family members over who should take care of her. The daughter then got her sons to take their grandmother to the dump in the southern state of Tamil Nadu.
Sons and daughters have traditionally looked after their elderly parents but sociologists say that the pressures of modern life are seeing more elderly people abandoned by their children or sent to old-age homes.
Politicians expressed outrage over Palaniappan’s fate and said they would ask officials to take action against the family.
“I have asked the collector (a local official) to take care of the old lady, and take legal action against the children,” state Social Welfare Minister Poongothai, who like many in Tamil Nadu goes by one name, was quoted as saying.

Do you ever care for your skin?
Payu2Blog, skin July 22nd, 2007 | Viewed 1,043 views
Do you ever care for your skin? This is a very interesting question, especially when the question is asked to a man. I did not know exactly why the question could impacted someone so deep because I once have a male friend back in the college as my room mate and he got so fed up with the question I asked, he requested to be located to a different room. Where did I go wrong? ![]()
