Database Error?

What is this.. I just have my new theme and upgraded every plugins to the latest one and what do I get? All the error codes after every comment and even doing this posting. The comment did went through. The post is published but why the error?? I am still puzzle. This blog is now powered by Wordpress 2.3. Is it because of that? I do not think so.

I just upgraded my personal blog with WP 2.3.
No problems so far!!! Yayyyyy!!! Only a few plugins that I had to modify lar.. but no sweat at all!

CindyI got mine fixed.. its in one of the plugin. All fixed now.. everything nice and smooth and licin2 lah kunun.

I had a similar error, but I only needed to upgrade the database on the admin side of things and it worked.
