Yah man. So many Halo here, Halo there but no one say aloha. But why anyway right? Haha. Unless you want to talk about this Halo then no comment lah because that will be my son’s interest. Anyway, this is my version of this phenomenon Halo that happened in Sabah. This is just to mark in my blog archives that I have seen it too, took pictures of it and forgot to post about it until I found out it is one of the biggest thing ever happen in Sabah. Actually it happened just outside my garage yesterday. Yabah.
After I posted my my Josh loves me post, the handphone rang. It was my wife, “GET OUT OF THE HOUSE! NOW!”, “GET OUT!” Punyalah sia takajut, panic gila when she said that. It was my off day yesterday so I was at home thinking about my Josh.
I said, “What what what?” while hurrying out with only my towel on.
She told me, “Get your camera now. Out out faster!”.
I started to get angry here because not the slightest idea what she talked about. However I managed to take my cheap point and shoot camera and ran out. “Terlanggar lagi sikit tu grill pintu”. I was really angry already towards my wife.
While holding the handphone to my right ear, my left hand was busy with my towel and the camera. Damn man, if jatuh abis, priceless moment lagi.
She just said, “You already outside, ah?”
“Yabah.. apa bah ni?” I said with +8 volume.
“Look up. Can you see the sun? The ring? Can you see it?”
Alamak. I was so taken with the sight, I almost forgotten about my towel.
“Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh…!!” that was all I can response to her. Ya, betul ni.
She said, “Take lot of pictures. Blog it.” Hahaha. Pandai juga dia ni.
Immediately I said, “OK thank you, bye dear. love ya.” Terus hang up. [later she called back, marah me for doing that without proper bye-bye and wait for her response, kekeke, sorry dear
]
Here my shots. Not worthy as your collection.

Yeah, I know it was over exposed. My camera has no knob to change the setting. All auto mode only. Alamak.. panic panic. Amazingly, when you are in panic, emergency mode; You tend to think faster and the genius in you will come out. So what I did was I took this to filter my shot.

The next shot was like this. Much much better. See, home made filter also can bah. Hahaha.

There, my Sabahan Halo story for this month archive. Post open to criticism now
*** if you really interested and have not seen it in much clearer with expensive camera.. I proposed this blog, this blog or The Heroes blog. Will see who wins here ![]()

I thought I saw halo effects over here in Penang quite frequent too but I did not bother to shoot any. In fact, I have seen double rings ones too…hehe. There best one I have taken is a straight line rainbow coming out from the hills. I do hope I can share it when the time is right
