Family request!

Early morning suddenly has this thought again. I don’t know how to say this in words and sentences. Hope you all understand. I put in simple words in a list:
- Joneh, congrats on your recent twins.
- Thanks for giving twins in our family tree. The more the merrier.
- Joneh, you have 3 children already.
- Joneh, all boys. That’s great. More generation in our ancestors’ name
- To your wife, Congrats on the normal delivery. Strong lady
- To your wife, congrats. Confinement over
So, when is the next one? You have 3 boys already but it would be nice to have a daughter in your family. Don’t wait for too long. You two still can do it. We wait for next year good news, OK.
Duhhh?!?! So easy to say. As if now not torture enough. As if not my wife and I the only one feeding them. As if not suffering enough, we are the only one taking care the kids. Geez.
What you say on this matter? Please share with me your thoughts and view. I can’t say much. I’m tired with all this.

I don’t mean to spam your comments, but I can’t help it. For a minute I thought I noticed your family pics in the header moved from the left to the right.
By the way, did eshark do you a favour? The flowery background in the header looks suspiciously familiar — lucky you!

i think the pressure is the same when ppl ask me, “bah, bila lah mau bikin family? make babies?”…
sometimes, word just slipped out from their mouth without thinking it bears with it, LOTS of pressure. Hehe…

Yabahkan, of course other people see you and say “Wah, nice big family! Add la more!”. They don’t know what happens when you’re at home! It must be hard work, taking care of 3 little boys. I appluad you and your wife PapaJoneh!

Today, my wife said to me, “Cukup la 2 orang anak kita ni. Susah mo jaga”…so, I think we have the same problem here…to add or not to add…my advise, when you have discuss this matter with ur wife inside out, take a stand whether “Enough is enough” or “Bigger Family is Better”….lastly, don’t ever listen to others when mo tambah atau tidak…they don’t have an idea of what u are going through…U got my full support PapaJ

Hehehe, Lorna, no offense taken. But I almost cried only.
The situation is like this, PapaJoneh.
At my current situation: single, unmarried - I get questions like:
“Bah, bila lagi mau kahwin ni?”
“Your brother just got married. When is your turn??”
I know when I got married, I will get these:
“So.. when are you going to give your parents grandchildren?”
“Bila lagi mau tambah rakyat ni?”
And when I have kids (and probably twins), I might get questions like those you had!!!!
Solution: Let them talk as much as they want. Yang penting dia bahagia.
