You have a choice here …

Another of my favorite reading. I hope you will find the same feeling that I have after reading all these words. It is going to be a long read here. Therefore, I suggest you to prepare yourself stuck in front of the monitor. Don’t forget the tissue. Enjoy it.
My question to you is: Would you have made the same choice?
At a fund raising dinner for a school that serves learning disabled children, the father of one of the students delivered a speech that would never be forgotten by all who attended. After extolling the school and its dedicated staff, he offered a question:
“When not interfered with by outside influences, everything nature does is done with perfection.
Yet my son, Shay, cannot learn things as other children do. Read the rest of this entry »
UEFA – Liverpool Big Win 4-1 against Porto
Football, Liverpool November 29th, 2007 | Viewed 1,163 views

I have to write this because it is my team, yes Liverpool is my team and they won big with the score 4-1 against Porto. Moreover, I was watching right up to 6am to see how they terrorized Porto with no mercy at Anfield. I knew they going to perform after their big record breaking 8-0, right up to the recent well performance against Newcastle. Liverpool seem unbeatable!! Ha-ha!
My summary as I see it :-
Liverpool first goal by the great Torres were just awesome with his head on 19 minutes. Sadly it was leveled easily on the 23rd minutes. The first half seem boring and I thought of going to sleep. Nevertheless, Torres as always come to the rescue again. With his powerful run and with authority running through the defender, he scored Liverpool goal with his flick to the right side of the goal post. From here Liverpool looked dangerous and their confidence are up. Porto collapsed. Steven Gerard as always performed and the Penalty is definite third goal to the right for all Liverpool delight. Lastly, Peter Crouch goal. Again, Steven Gerard is the giver here with his corner kick and right in the middle of the penalty box, Crouch came with his header. Done – Porto is totally stumped for good!
Done my summary!
Rafa Benitez words as he been interviewed, “First of all, Thank you to all our fans… this is for them.”
What a day to start today. I know Thursday is a good day for me simply because, one, it is my off day again and two, my Team Liverpool just won.., Hooray! Hooray!
Marseille is the next victim and LIVERPOOL HAVE TO WIN, AND I AM SURE THEY WILL WIN and I am sure I’m going to be awake to see them win. There is no such thing that you have to do some market research or whatever just for all this. Oh please …
*** for info, I am really sleepy. I know I am just rambling up there. I know some words, grammar, whatever upside down, front to back but I know you will forgive me. Now, let me back to sleep till maybe 11am I try to wake up. Ha-ha. I think I’ll be sleeping with big smile on my face.. hahahaha!
Family story that you love to read!
family November 29th, 2007 | Viewed 1,051 views
Here is another beautiful story that touched my heart, trust you will enjoy reading it and then practice it .. too.
After 21 years of marriage, my wife wanted me to take another woman out to dinner and a movie. She said I love you but I know this other woman loves you and would love to spend some time with you.
The other woman that my wife wanted me to visit was my MOTHER, who has been a widow for 19 years, but the demands of my work and my three children had made it possible to visit her only occasionally.
That night I called to invite her to go out for dinner and a movie.
“What’s wrong, are you well,” she asked? My mother is the type of woman who suspects that a late night call or a surprise invitation is a sign of bad news.
“I thought that it would be pleasant to be with you,” I responded. “Just the two of us.”
She thought about it for a moment, and then said, “I would like that very much.”
That Friday after work, as I drove over to pick her up I was a bit nervous. When I arrived at her house, I noticed that she, too, seemed to be nervous about our date. She waited in the door with her coat on. She had curled her hair and was wearing the dress that she had worn to celebrate her last wedding anniversary.
She smiled from a face that was as radiant as an angel’s.
“I told my friends that I was going to go out with my son, and they were impressed, “she said, as she got into the car. “They can’t wait to hear about our meeting”. We went to a restaurant that, although not elegant, was very nice and cozy. My mother took my arm as if she were the First Lady. After we sat down, I had to read the menu. Half way through the entries, I lifted my eyes and saw Mom sitting there staring at me. A nostalgic smile was on her lips
“It was I who used to have to read the menu when you were small,” she said.
“Then it’s time that you relax and let me return the favor,” I responded.
During the dinner, we had an agreeable conversation – nothing extraordinary, but catching up on recent events of each other’s life. We talked so much that we missed the movie.
As we arrived at her house later, she said, “I’ll go out with you again, but only if you let me invite you.” I agreed.
“How was your dinner date?” asked my wife when I got home. “Very nice. Much more so than I could have imagined,” I answered.
A few days later, my mother died of a massive heart attack. It happened so suddenly that I did to not get to do anything for her. Some time later, I received an envelope with a copy of a restaurant receipt from the same place mother and I had dined.
An attached note said: “I paid this bill in advance. I wasn’t sure that I could be there; but nevertheless, I paid for two plates – one for you and the other for your wife. You will never know what that night meant for me. I love you, son.”
At that moment, I understood the importance of saying in time: “I LOVE YOU!” and to give our loved ones the time that they deserve. Nothing in life is more important than God and your family. Give them the time they deserve, because these things cannot be put off till “some other time.”
————————————-
Pass this along to everyone with an aging parent, to a child, to an adult, to anyone with a parent.
“Please do not take people you LOVE for Granted” .. it is said that people we love the most .. we hurt the most. Lets change this. NOW.
Wishing you today is better than yesterday and tomorrow.
Wish you all the Love…….
Sincerely from,
The Joneh’s Family!

Josh is 3 years 6 months old!
Announcement, Son Josh November 27th, 2007 | Viewed 1,062 views
As at today 26th November at 10:08pm, Josh is three (3) years, six (6) months old. Wiser yes but obedient NOT! He is more naughty than before. He is after all my number one Monkey King!

Here the day we took him out for his first passport size photo. We thought it was going to be easy. Just check this.

My wife just could not take it anymore. She has to intervene if not we would be in the studio the whole day without any worthy shot.

There, one serious look for the camera girl. Actually this only lasted a few seconds before the real Josh spring back again.

Normally, the cameraman or girl will take few shots and choose the one or two for the print out. In Josh case, this is the only shot, one shot only in our near one hour trying to get him stand still. Don’t you just love myJosh
Wife really furious that time. Well, me too but most of the time, I laughed at Josh’s behavior. He is after all, my number one Monkey King – The Son Goku!

*** if you noticed, this post should be posted at 10:08pm on November 26th. I end up posting it on 12:38am on November 27th. All during that time were filled with feeding Presley milk, coaxing him to go to sleep and helping myJosh clear one of the hardest section of the ‘Medal Of Honor’ shoot ‘em up pc game. So now you know how hard for me to finish just one posting here. *pengsan!*
I simply just cannot complain
Dumex Milk, family, Off Day, personal, Preston and Presley, Sick November 26th, 2007 | Viewed 1,046 views
My weekend has not been the weekend I had hoped for. Right from the day I took my replacement off day, on Friday, up to Sunday afternoon where we all stuck at home, feeling sick and stagnant. However, I still cannot complain simply because with what I have experience this past few days.

My parents on the day they decided to go home. They were and are happy taking picture with the twins. Each to their own favorites. My Presley is obviously feeling better when with my mom while Preston to my father.

Now here why I said I simply cannot complain. Just check the amount of pills my father have to take for him to survive all this years. This is just been given two days ago. I should have taken a shot on his other medicines in his bag. Luckily he is a pensioner. If I have bought all the pills for his heart, lung, nose, leg etc problem, It would easily cost me in few thousands of medical bills. Thank GOD they are all free. Yet, you can see from the top picture, he was and is still feeling happy and smiling. So what if I have bad cough and flu. I should be grateful for I am still alive and all my kids and wife are here with me.
That is said as at today on Monday 26th 0050hours. If I bring back myself on Friday, that is totally a different story. I was stuck for full day right from the time I clicked the publish button back then. Under the blanket shivering like in cold water yet sweating from head to toe like in a sauna. I experience total blackout with no memory of having any dream. Thank GOD my handphone volume was set to full and was placed beside my ears. If my wife did not call me, I would have drifted to many days of sleeping. The damn pink pill for the flu in combination with the two tablespoon cough syrup and the ‘Para’ for fever sure beat the hell out of me. So yes, my wife saved me and again I just cannot complain.

Here’s why. Our sponsored Dumex Mamex Gold from the local Dumex supplier. That is one dozen of 800grams plus 2 extra small 400grams Mamex Gold, totaling 13 tins. The lady sales supervisor even throw in a Dumex toy for free. Well, it is not totally fully sponsored milk. Let just say, discounted milk. Nevertheless, it still help us. So, yes I simply just cannot complain. (To those who need Dumex milk here in KK Sabah, pls contact my wife through me for better price
)
I may be on the bed most of the time same goes to my wife and the twins except Josh who is still can jump up and down, who actually got sick earlier than all of us but Thanks to GOD, we are still all right. Thanks to GOD, we are still together. Not forgetting, I have helpful Sister-In-Laws who not only give moral support but also financial supports. To them, I humble myself with lots of thanks and gratefulness. I pray may the Almighty GOD bless you all especially on the coming of Christmas. Yes, of course to all my bad cough and flu commentators and friends, I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I promise I try my best not to get sick again for my kids and wife and to show I listen to all your advice. Thanks once again. No more complains.

Happy faces even though with bad dry cough and flu. That’s Josh 1 year old sweaters!
Bad Cough and Flu!
Off Day, Sick November 23rd, 2007 | Viewed 1,160 views
I just came back from the Hilltop Clinic and after taking all the pills, I am really feeling the drowsiness and totally like flying now. In other words, I am really sleepy now. If I take my own picture now using the laptop viewcam, you sure can see half open eyes and very tired looking old man.

I hate taking pills but this is of course a must for me. Check the above pills. All that I have to take together, one time. The one in the middle is the most powerful one. As they say here in local dialect, “Power gila! Cili Padi kow kow!”. This Doctor warned me not to drive after swallowing this small pink color pill. I can guarantee you, it is true. Now I am really feeling dizzy and high. I am forcing myself to type this so I have record that today I am sick real bad and that I am typing 1 letter 2 seconds speed.
I think I gonna stop now. I don’t want after typing this I am not be able to click the publish button. Damn, the cough mixture and the small pink pill sure can brought down man to its knee. So see you all this EVENING. I need my good rest. The pills killing me now.
Yes, no paid link here for now. You all lucky…………… ttooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooottt
Tip Of Borneo |Simpang Mengayau
Borneo, family, Kudat, Sabah, Sabahan, Son Josh, travel November 22nd, 2007 | Viewed 1,537 views
Just want to share a bit on our trip to Tip Of The Borneo, Simpang Mengayau, Kudat. I have not good in words but I hope my pictures can explain a little bit of what a wonderful sight of Simpang Mengayau, Tip of Borneo is. We went to Kudat when Josh was only 5 months old and our car was only 6 months old. Believe it or not, I never been to Kudat and especially to this Simpang Mengayau. Nervertheless, I’m an adventurous person when comes to traveling. As long as in the map, I can find one. I even bring my own compass just to make sure. Ha-ha. However, to those never been to kudat, it is actually not so hard. There are signs everywhere and being the “kepochee” person also good. Go ask the people for direction. So far, I never encountered any Kudat people that don’t smile. They are friendly and willingly pointed you to the right direction. So, to them, I take my hat off.
Here just before going down, on the car park.

Wife and Josh near the bronze map. Tip of Borneo!

My niece Dolly and her favorite style. Of course, all thanks to the camera man ![]()

We stayed at the Kudat Golf and Marina Resort. The best part was, we are the only one there. The lounge, the playground and the best of all,m the swimming pool. All for us, just us. That is the beauty of going holiday on weekdays. We used to say this kind of holiday is just for the “Diamonds”

That’s all from me. It’s 4:30am you know. Crazy!
