Morning family happiness!

I just have to record this. This is what this blog all about anyway. I woke up at 2am just now due to Preston suddenly burst his shouting-cry asking for milk. Now of course I cannot sleep after that. So I guess I open my laptop and start checking emails. Man, so many how to read!
While doing all the readings and a bit click hopping, Preston cried again. Aiyoohhh. I ignore for a while because I’m in the middle of something. Of course, until wife woke up and urge me to help Preston to sleep. Yaiiikks. OK Dear. Now, Preston is one kid that really need instant, right now, come here kind of attention. He simply is different from his twin Presley. Not much but enough to notice. So, with that knowledge, I close the laptop lid while it still on and jump to the bed.
Oh yes, Preston was restless, keep moving, turning left and right but he was not looking for milk. No. He just cannot sleep. So, I had to coax him (correct eh the word for “pujuk”?). I just touched him, like rubbing his face slowly. Playing with his short hair and running my fingers from the head to his nose and back again. Wow!! It seems to work. He slowly closing his eyes (yes, he was like fully awake with full open eyes, like the owl before). I think I keep doing that for 5 to 10 minutes and he is asleep again. Hooray!!! Papa did it. That is not the best part. The best part is… wait next paragraph bah 
Ok, the best part is (was, whateverlah), he hold my shirt with his left hand with a very tight grip while all the time he is sleeping. As if he did not want me to go. So so touching. I poke wife to see and she just smile, almost like laughing, and back to sleep. [electricity died at this time - 4:35am. Imagine the heat inside the room of five of us. So, do the obvious, I fan Josh and Preston, wife fan Presley!]
Back to story at 7am. I just wish I can take picture but not. Camera was no where near me 
I just hold myself in that position and just enjoy the moment together with Preston. And yes Josh is on my left! Damn you camera! Where are you when I need you most!

These days, SESB really makes us lost patient. Blackout without any reason. Even in Tanjung Aru also blackout this morning around 4-5 in the morning.
Btw, the way that you run your finger from head to nose and back again is one of the trick that i use to make baby sleep faster. Even I done that to my younger brother when he is still a baby (now 17 years old).
I can imagine when you say the baby clutch your shirt like saying “Daddy, please watch me sleep”. So touching.

This is one of the reason we get married…not the sleepless night la but the feeling of content, just to watch your children sleep soundlessly….

Auwwww…such a lovely story….you feel such happiness and joy in you when things like that happen right…if gives u the feeling that you’re needed loved….
