Do you know what is dos command line? To most computer users out there, they should know one. However, not all people like to use it especially with the all graphical user interface we have now. Yes, I am talking about the Microsoft DOS or MS-DOS. First introduced in the 1981 for the IBM computers. Last used intensively at around 1994 with the MS-DOS 6.22. Those were the days, finger torture days
Nowadays, MS Dos command line is seldom use but the Microsoft Dos command in the shell is still been use. It can be accessed in Window XP by clicking your Start button, Run… and type cmd in the Open box.
Here I show mine ![]()

Here with the “mem” for memory info request command in short. Click to see bigger shot.

Ignore the wallpaper at the background. I am a big fan of Blizzard Starcraft.
Can’t wait for the Starcraft 2 Release ‘expected’ this July 2008. Maybe longer. They said expected due date “when done!”. Hahahaha.
Anyway, for the above command “mem”, you can try also “mem /c” or to get the help of the command, type “mem /?”. Some people do not understand all the numbers but some do. To the expert reading this rambling from me, this is not a tutorial. So expect stupe information. LOL. Want to know more, just type the same text in the google search box. Done.
