My Twins One Year Birthday!

Yes, their birthday. The Twins are already One Year Old at 10th Agust 2008. The birthday party is just a small one among the families and relatives and was held on Saturday 9th August at home after 730pm. All due to I was still working on Saturday and only be back by 8pm and furthermore on the actual date, 10th August, Sunday, we decided to make it family day at home just relaxing with the kids.
Yes, this post is delayed for more than 8 days. Blamed me. The mega captured pictures need some editing and some good Mega connection to upload pictures like right now at home with my wireless home streamyx connection. So here they are. Did I say, lots of pictures? Hope your connections as good as mine.
Yes that’s the cake is a football theme cake. I want it to be like that. Wife conveyed the info to the creator and she came up totally blew me away. I was like.. “hahahaha. Coool!”.
How’s that? I love it. The cake maker did a very awesome job. It totally caught me by surprise and to all our relatives. They all praised the cake and could not wait to taste it. Underneath the cool green grass was a chocolate moist cake. Totally delicious and the kids could not wait for their 3rd rounds. Yep, even the elders. Hahaha. As you can see, got football cupcakes for children and also thank you cupcakes to all who came. Underneath the cupcake container, each has a sticker with Preston and Presley names. All done by her. Without further due, we give you the cake inventor and friend, Anies Azeera or Aines. For info, she has this award stamped on her blog, “Creative Blogger!”. I think that represent her quite accurate. Remember Josh 4th Birthday Aeroplane Cake? Well, she did that too. So cool. 
Thanks Aines. We owe you alot for making our kids happy.
We had quite a few food choices but the one I love most is of course this “Daging Kicap”. Simply because wife cook it for the first time and she hit the jackpot with its taste. Totally out of this world. Not easy I tell you. Just finding the items in her recipe already cost me half a day in the “Wong Kok Tamu” and Servay Penampang. I can’t even said the items’ name here. I need the list to even say it. Something like “Biji pelaga, kayu manislah and some more. So membingungkan. Hahaha.
And of course the next one too. The Prawn and Fish Hinava! The first dishes to out of stock! Hahaha.
Now comes to the gifts. Well almost none actually. So sad. 
Hahahaha. No lah. Actually everyone gave “ang pows” to the Twins. “Cash gifts” as they believe the Twins are not ready for toys yet. Thanks to my relatives, in-laws and friends. Now they have enough cash to register for their first Pre kindergarden already. Hahaha.
Okay, okay… here the gifts. Guess from who? From the bloggers of course. Hahaha.
This above gift is from Ms. Shirley from Beautiza.com Shirley is wife’s best friend who came with hubby Chris and their children Sean and Chrissa. Very energetic Chrissa I have to say. Haha.
The above Poslaju came afterward all the way from KL. None other than from our close friend, Sasha Bla Bla Bla. Thanks Sasha. You can see, the twins love them and it fits them nicely

Last but not least …
Any comment on that? Wife said in her own version of the Twins’ Birthday party, “Preston is naughty, just like his Papa!” Hahahaha. Adakah. Yah Meh? 
Finally, the only family photo minus our other son Josh and the cakes!
Phhheww. Finally I finish. Took me 3 hours and 2 mugs of Coffee and a side entertainment from the Olympic games from the TV. Thanks to Streamyx too for such a good service. [Funny, when I late pay like 2 months due, the connection seems to be fast!?!] LOL~

Wah, one year old sudah! Time flies so fast! And they look so so adorable, belum lagi terjumpa diorang. Nanti lah, memang sia pi courtesy call.

anyway, back to yr celebration…itu bukan small one ok…such wonderful party! of course….attention was paid to the cakes, yes great work it was!! if only she make cakes for KL here, i’ll sure go for her!!
