Should I exercise?

Should I go exercise? I do feel okay, you know. I am not overweight. I am not underweight too. I do not have that breathing problem or anything in that nature. So why should I go for exercise anyway??
Thinking all the things I have to do in the exercise routine, hmm, makes me wonder why do I have to go through all this. Just to get what? If just to get thinner, I can easily do that with the diet pill. That should do the trick. If just to get bigger, meaning horizontally, well I can do that too – just eat lots of carbohydrate like rice or noodles.
So again, why should I go exercise??? The only thing I can think of that really motivates me is this – so I can still play with my kids at the the age of 50 or more. If they want to play football, I need to be able to run and dribble the ball. If they want me to join them go jogging, I need to be able at least walk faster to catch them in sight. So many things that involve playing with my kids that I believe the only motivation for me to go exercise.
Any other thing? Oh ya. Probably just to look good beside my wife when we go for function or when she introduce me to someone. If wife look good, I need to look better too. Meaning be able to see my shoes from the top without blockage

The exercises are not only for people who have problems with their weights. We need exercises to keep us healthy. We can take the easy exercises with our members of family regularly in a discipline way. In this case, we automatically train our children to have good activities for their health too.
