Just want to let this blog knows that today is the owner’s birthday. PapaJoneh’s birthday!! Hooray!!!

Still young just under 40. Hahaha. I am not complaining. I have a beautiful, sexy and many years younger wife than me. I have three kids. All boys. Josh Luke is at his 5 years, 5 months, 6 days old. Twins Preston and Presley at their 2 years, 2 months and 22 days old.

I have a nice, big corner 2 storey house lot and a reliable car that never stop me from smiling when looking at it.

Not to mention, above, I have the best hobby for the big boys, radio control buggies powered by nitro gas, truggies, monster trucks with italian engines and a few trophies to show the many years involved in this expensive toys. Despite all that, my wife and my kids still love me.

I may not have yet achieved the term as rich man but I am very happy man today. I pray I will always feel this happiness, joyful heart and with close families and friends to share with.

I thank my parents for bringing me up good up to this days and pray they will live longer, healthier than ever. I pray my wife is happy always and successful in her own career and business. I pray my kids are healthy, joyful, and achieve happiness and success in their endeavors. I pray also all my wishes will come true soon. Amen.

I am still wondering whether we will be ok without all this insurance coverage. some insurance has no benefit on ourselves. I mean, you pay just so after your death, someone else will get it. Is it like that?

Taking insurance need to be considered real deep. After all, you are using your own hard earned money to pay it. Survey all option before committing to it. Get as many as possible the life insurance quotes from the banks or companies before putting your signature under the dotted line.

When comes to money, be stupidly careful you know. Doesn’t matter what others said. It is your money and your decision. Done.

I know I have done this part, the kitchen part but I still wish I have my camera now with me. All the building process were captured and still in the camera memory card … and I do not know where’s my camera now!!!!

It is just a simple “plug and play” kind of work. The hole for the old sink pipe was stuck due to unknown properties. We have tried many gadget, solvent material but still no good result. So the shortcut is just cut it and reroute it direct to the drain through the kitchen hole. Wife asked bro-in-law to help with the wall-drilling using his workers power drill. The rest is just easy. I went out buy the 8 feet long pvc pipe, cut to right length, glue them together with the right 90 degrees bend and through the wall and down to the drain. Easy and in fact, the water and waste went out easily now. Pheww.

I always like proper kitchen look but sometimes, time and money do not come together in the same time. I ever thought of installing one of the many copper sinks choices I see from one of local hardware store here but due to the time constraint, I just leave it as a wish. Our kitchen is still work in progress so I do not intend to install many nice hardware yet.

Sigh.
