Just curious, how much exactly needed to open the KFC or the McDonald restaurants? I don’t study business but I heard it’s some kind of franchise type of business. Am I correct? I heard you must have at least invested a mil or two just to get the franchise license?? Wow.

I think so. But whatever it is, I am more confuse about this pet franchise thing?? What the heck is that? Selling pet in the shop and trained personnel behind the counter – same like what we always see in the kFC or McDonald restaurants??

You tell me after you check ok. I’m outta here. Got New Year thing to do with the kids. Ciao.

Yeah.. I’m just mumbling now or whatever you call it – typing as whatever coming out from my mind. Meaning, all junk inside. Hahaha.

Do you realize that every day is another day you getting older; Or shall I use the term, getting wiser as the day turn to another day?? I am not sure my English is correct here .. but I bet you know what I’m saying right? It’s just upside down. Hahaha.

So you know, everyone of us, each individual has their own responsibility. I am talking about taking care your health. They are varieties of insurance out there but of course, get the affordable health insurance. Don’t go for the extreme. Cater for your own need and budget.

There are so many things I wanna share but I am not sure I have the strength to type them all. Sigh.

Every day is a gloomy day – raining I mean. If not full day, second half of the day. If not raining, damn hot day. Not to mention the occasional car aircond break down. Sigh. Even if I have been given all the promotional umbrellas, they would not do any good to me. Sigh.

If not that, office work. If not that, kids back home. Now that is the most challenging among all – on any day! I surrender. Sigh.

Here is the magic question? Will anyone out there going to send me a Christmas present? Will you? Ya you???

Whatever it is, I just hope not one of this Stuart Weitzman products. Not for me obviously. Haha. Serious ah. I know it is the thought that count, but come on. That thing is totally not for me, okay.

Seriously, if not me, what about you. Do you ever get a Christmas present from someone not of your family and obviously not your close friend?? It will be interesting to get one … or two

So, come on. Send me something .. but not the above ok. That’s for my wife!!!!

Sigh. Been totally busy with other things. Been a lot of online reading, checking and replying emails. New year is coming and not to mention Xmas~!!! OMG!

Again, I totally no idea to write here. I feel like in the middle of wanna share or not, wanna write or not. Yeah. That kind of feeling. I promise to myself, I wanna write this. I wanna share pictures of my kids. I wanna share this incident. I took lots of pictures. My camera is never out of my sight. Yep, serious.

BUT somehow, I end up, naaaaaay.. no need to share lah. You know, that kind of feeling. Confusing and sometimes I regret I pay this blog in advance.

It’s a been a long time. I do miss blogging. I do miss blog hopping. Sadly, I do not have spare time for all this. Any spare times are really just for the things I procrastinate for long time.

Like installing the wall pictures. Like installing the wall fan. Like fixing the leaked tiles in the toilet. So many things I reserved for my spare times. Most of them, I prefer reading my RC magazines, house renovation tips, computer tech news, woodworking. Guess what, none from the Amazon books. Haha.

Most of the reading materials I read either the one I subscribed every month or from KK Library. Yes, nearly every month I go there. I love to read. Recently, I borrowed Muscle Mag from the library. How cool is that. Haha.

Anyway, for info, I have so many updates for this blog like our recent holiday vacation to Genting and KL Aquaria. So many that I have no spare times again.
