Yeah. Early in the morning, they really wanted to go out and do something. You know lah … been behind the metal grill all the time. Hahaha. So, when they are out, they really want to do something. Run around the compound and terrorizing every flying insects, bugs and trying to capture the birds who happened to like our house. Well, the above picture of course the one that really rare to see. Lucky my camera is always around when I need it.

So there goes them – watering the trees and flowers. Nice I am happy lah what else. LOL.

Why worry? Well, 2010 is the year I honestly think I am older. You know, the big F-O-R-T-Y thing

So when you are in that mode, everything seems too fast and too little. Especially in terms of time. Started thinking seriously about the health. Thinking about the children well-being. thinking about being left alone due to too old and the kids thought you a burden only to them.. etc etc etc. Sigh.

The previous post already sounded so pitiful for that girl and now another story??? Come on guys. This is getting boring. Better switch on the Astro, watch the Australian Open LIVE. Ok, here’s the story. Roger Federer just beat Davydenko in 4 sets to go through to the semifinal. Roger Federer march on even with his 43 unforced error, he still the one to beat, or to watch. Sadly, my tennis idol, Rafael Nadal is out with injury already. Sad sad sad.

Just want to help friends here. Need some info badly so to avoid listening to this person complaining all the time.

Can any of you, reader(s) have any info on any diets that work for people that does not really want to work out? I have a friend that really need this kind of diet. She is, if I have to say here, very lazy, when comes to exercising. Or even just want to walk to the nearby shop, she immediately said, next time. However, when listening to her “complaint”, she obviously disgusted with her own self. She keeps saying I hate being fat or bigger than my other friends. She always said, I am going for diet. Well, as a friend, of course I encourage her. As long as she is happy, we friends happy too.

However, comes to the next food stop, she is the one never stop drooling all the sweet, fat-producer food and ordered more than us. So pity of her but she is herself to blame. I still believe it is all in the head. I compare it to trying to stop smoking. Mostly guys, or girls that smoke, say it is hard to stop. I wanted to stop, but I just can’t. Well, I did it and all I did was, I stop smoking. That’s all. I told my head, stop, I do not want to smoke anymore, for the rest of my life. Done. Until now, I feel much better not smoking. It can be done. It’s all in the head. Don’t talk about you this and that. If you want, really want it, you can.

For info, I used to smoke 2 packs a day and for straight 8 years non-stop.

On the other hand, this is not about me. This is just about want to help my friend go thinner. If she willing, She can be “The Biggest loser” … only if she wants. So far, there is no single diet that really can help people who not him/herself wants to.

When I’m on a roll, I can’t stop typing things down. I don’t care about the grammar, the spelling, whatever. Coz for me, once you do that, it interrupt the flow of the thoughts. There, few words beyond me.

When you all alone at home, you wish everyone at home with you. I wish my wife with me now. If I have to say this, I miss her. Miss being alone with her. Those were the days eh?

Now with kids, I wish them here too. Not to cause mess around the house, but just want to hear their voices, their callings, “Papa, papa, papa!”. Sigh. I miss them already. But as I shared in the previous post, I am on leave, supposed to be sleeping now, resting. So, of course the kids have to stay with their auntie for awhile. After all, I need to go to work again this 6pm. My goodness, so many things to do .. even resting is the thing I have to do.. and its quite hard when your mind is still busy. Thinking on the future what it holds for you. Thinking about the kids … etc etc.

Sometimes I wonder am I still young or not. My age definitely not as young as those graduates and to feel old, I am not actually.

If I think deeply about this, and start comparing my friends from the same class back at those 25 years ago, I do not look as old as them. Man, I tell you here , I am definitely look younger than them. Some of them already gone bald. Not because of the bald fashion that going on, but really gone bald due to no hair. Either that, or their hair turn gray.

Yeah. I am at home right now. Feeling sick. Lying down on the bed typing this. It’s that time again to update the blog. Sometimes I wish I do not have to do this but it’s a paid domain and they are visitors still coming but not commenting but instead use the contact page to ask for my well-being, alive or not, why not update the blog, bla bla bla.
