I am saying thanks GOD for I am healthy now. Thanks GOD for giving me a wonderful, caring wife with wonderful sons – Twins in the mix too. Yeah, stop smoking for the sake of yourself and for others. If you are a father and you have a small kid, you are actually saving their lives. No excuse and believe me, you will regret it one day when you found your son or daughter’s lung full of black spots in the xray. By then, it is too late already.

Believe me, smoking is not good. I once a smoker, a heavy one too. I regret I started that time. It has been almost Nine (9) years now coming this February. On the other hand, I understand why you are stuck with it. I know the feelings when smoking. I still can remember. Mostly, I remember the day I inhale the cigar smoke. How to stay healthy? how to be fit for everything? How to do it? Good questions. So what’s the answer?

Now, for me to stay fit, or become one is all depends on what you want to achieve. For one, I am fit enough to walk many miles if I have to. I carry all my kids if I have to. I can climb the kibabaig hill for my rock crawling outing, no problem. On the other hand, am I healthy? I think if you do not have a good heart, good legs and a good stomach muscle, you have a problem then. So if they are too big, reduce it. For the heart, if its pumping too fast, slow it down. I need my multi vitamins. I need my Vitamin C and I need them often and now.

I hate when I am in that zone – sick and less active. It is just not me. I think my son got this DNA obviously from me. he is active, hyper and so monkey. Hahaha. Well, I am not sure about the monkey thing but same like my son, I do not like being sick. I need my multi vitamins for sure. I need to exercise again. Hopefully I can have a sexy middle section.. Is it healthy to buy food fully prepared or the one need to cook everything? Is it all right to eat the one half cooked or need totally done food?

Fast food, is it good? What is the benefit of having the quick one compares to the one need to cook, which obviously took longer time to reach your mouth? What about for your own physical appearance? Which one is better, exercise with physical movement or you prefer the lesser or no movement at all kind of exercise?

In this fast moving life, no one can deny, time is the factor. No matter what is your target, you need it quick and actually, you need it yesterday to happen. Healthy or not, for you, probably if it is good enough, you want it to be quick and now. Read the rest of this entry »

I have many precious, totally priceless moments with the kids. Just watching them can make me so happy and sometimes, believe it or not, bring tears to my eyes. I so in love with them

Well, of course right. Well, since this time I want to talk about them playing as chefs, I just want to skip the part that I hate a few parents out there doing for their kids. Ok, one example … they asked their old mother, which in the grandmother category already, with full grey hairs and walk 1 mile per hour speed, to fetch their hyper active kids from school. I mean, walking their kids home, you know. Man, I am so angry whenever I see that happen.

What kind of parents are you??? No such thing you cannot take your own kids from the school, or at least pay the school bus driver to take them. No excuse damn it. The primary kids can go round his or her grandma in full circle rotation like 10 times, only then the grandma “managed” to turn her head. Shame on you. Shame on you.

Yeah, Mission accomplished! I did it. It’s about my Brunei trip of course

It was almost a 9 hours onroad trip to Brunei (and back to KK too – gosh!) and I am still can feel the feeling inside the van. Anyway, it was my first time so was very excited to be there. Since this trip is specifically for rock crawling competition, I did not really pay attention to the whole scenery there. It was raining anyway. But I tell you this, not so many of those metal buildings around here but good enough for luxury living. I never expected it anyway, so yeah, good enough.

Do not let the view fools you, most people living here are very rich people. At least double whatever you are earning back in Malaysia. Friendly people, especially the host and organizer of our competition. We stayed at Jubilee Hotel by the way, in the executive suite!!! Best!!

Anyway, about my radio controlled rock crawling hobby, well I achieved my target, to be at least top three in the final result. So I got Second Place in the 1.9 Scale class category and believe it or not, I am still not, I was awarded the runner-up too in the “beautiful truck” competition. Not bad at all, you know!!!

I heard a lot about this specific handphone brand and I am so curious to know how good it is. Many of my friends says it is good and worth buying. Even my wife wanted me to buy for her. So I do some check up on this brand and I’m impress with it. The style, the colours and the features that this brand offered not bad all. No wonder wife fall in love with it. Well honey, you might get your wish come true this year (hehehe not instantly ok, your hubby need to save up to buy you this ok). I’ll promise to buy you this….
