Don’t you just hate when you have a car problem? I am not talking about in the middle of your driving, the car just suddenly stop without any reason. That will be a disaster day for any of us.

No, I am talking about Car Maintenance problem actually. You know, the paper works needed to ensure you are legally allowed to drive it on the road, or offroad (whichever you vehicle can go through) and still be happy to be back home without the related officers come knocking on your car’s mirror asking for it and even worst, you found your parked car few minutes ago there is no longer at sight because it is just been towed away. yes, that kind of papers.

May I know what are the things inside your car? What do you usually bring in? What stuffs that are a must to have inside your car?

It all depends on what type of car you have and for what purpose. Like mine, it’s an all purpose car. Being a parent, whenever possible I want all my children needs inside the car. I wish I have big car though. Anyway, like mine, you can find many stuffs inside. Other than the usual bits, like small toys, balloons and even sweets leftover, you can also find hats, umbrellas and small face towels inside. Haha. Yes, total mess. My car so old I definitely, I mean, “He” definitely need some kind of modification to “himself” in order to perform better if not like new or at least, better than before. How I wish I got the “moolah” to start the project. Sigh.

Yeah, my old car. My old Proton Iswara. I am so proud to be a Malaysian, I will keep supporting them whenever possible. the new Proton Inspira looks delicious, eh? Haha. Last weekend almost went as bad day to me, wife and kids. We were stuck, hopelessly, in the crowded parking lot with the car’s battery went flat!!!

Damn. This just happened when I took my kids from their nanny, wife’s auntie. Remember, KK been hit with hot weather? Well, that time all my kids were sweating from head to toe inside the car; Even with the windows down. I should not have turn the ignition off that time … coz it was ok before that. Just a second before that we were still listening to Josh’s Learning CD and with aircond at max! Damn.

Now, where you going to find roadside assistance when you really need one in a hurry? Lucky, mobile phone is there and fully charged. Haha. Our uncle came to the rescue with his small 4WD car. Remember I said, crowded parking lot – well, the only accessible area to the front of my car was the grass in front, between my car and the big drain. If not of my uncle’s car 4WD capability, we would not have been saved that day.

So to cut the story short, we were saved and end up with new car battery. Thank GOD for that and of course to my supposed-to-be-resting uncle. Hahaha. Read the rest of this entry »

My car. My real 1:1 scale car. I think overdue for 2 months already. Haha. No time and honestly speaking, not enough money to bring it to service.

Talking about my car, I never stop thinking about my rc buggy, truggy and trucks. They are more fun to talk about. I don’t know about others, I can honestly said, my rc is my second after my family. Well, sometimes wife thought it is the first priority. Hahaha. I do not blame her. I do quite carried away sometimes. Hahaha.

THAT IS WHY I LOVE MY WIFE!!!!

Anyway (after wiping tears under my eyes), whenever possible, when comes to your car, especially when you carry your family often in it, do have a look at the high risk auto insurance. It could come handy IF ANYTHING BAD HAPPENED.

So, to me .. get the car serviced. ok ok ok.

Yeah. I have old car and I am old too. So what? Furthermore, I have the Malaysian car, don’t you love it? Hahaha.

Well, obviously I am not complaining. I am a Pro Malaysian. So any Malaysian car that I think worth to buy, suitable for my family, I buy. Of course if I can afford it but mostly Malaysian car affordable anyway. So why not.

Anyway, is that time again to fix something that usually cost me money again. All four tires and in the near future, now already on the 80K mark on the meter – timing belt change. However for now, tires. All near to bald. If you look closely, they are indeed plain, smooth like the slick tires already. Hahaha. One thing about not enough cash to buy new ones, another is time. I am most of the time stuck in the office. So you know, my only free time or when with cash, is the time I go fetch my son from Kindergarten school.

So, yes. I purposely want to bring my son to the shop. Got to let him see what guys usually do with their cars.

I love going to the auto accessories shop. Not only I can ask the mechanic there to fix my tires, I can find lot of interesting stuffs that I can put bling to my car. It’s ok to have old car, as long as it looks good and with blings, right. Hahaha.

Yeah.. I’m just rambling here… at 6am u know
