Christmas is coming? So soon???

celebration, Gifts, personal, Smart wife November 20th, 2009 | Viewed 822 views

Alamak. Christmas is coming and it’s coming sooner than I expected. I am not ready with monies yet!!!! Haaaaaaaa …. wait wait wait.

Other than the normal atmosphere during Christmas, especially for Christians, for me, it also means more money out than coming in. Present present presents. With the additional mouth at home, means I am more poorer than last years. Kids, toys for sure.

What about unique gifts for her??

This is the ultimate dilemma for me. I know for sure when I can afford the diamond, I know I have no worries. But but but, I know also she much more prefers I use the money for something lesser expensive and much meaningful to her. But what???? Don’t tell me flowers? Shoes? Make ups?

OR

Another nite that she going to remember for the rest of another nine months??? [yaikkkssss :D ]

What a wonderful tiring half day for me driving here and there, to buy this and that but nothing gonna stop us from celebrating our cute Twins Preston and Presley Second Year Birthday.

Twins enjoying their ice creams picture

It is going to be a small celebration due to the bad timing and a few financial hiccup, but it is going to be memorable for sure. I wish to invite all my friends, relatives for this party, but sadly, it is not meant to be. Maybe next time ok.

celebration, Merry Christmas, Public Holiday December 24th, 2008 | Viewed 2,282 views

Just want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Good Tidings to you all. Please forgive me for any of my wrongdoings, my ignorant blog posting, my words and pictures. If any of them hurt or somehow give you bad feelings, I want to take this opportunity to say Sorry, please forgive me. :)

I am currently in a rush to go back to my beloved Kampung Limadang, Membakut – Beaufort. I told wife to stay in the car for awhile for me to open this notebook and with my Celcom 3G to go online and writing all these wishes to you all. I am sorry if I did not make a time to visit your blog or sms you directly to wish Merry Christmas. I hope I am forgiven.

I hope you all will get a good time with your family and the love ones. I will be seeing you all, I mean through this blog in 5 days time – NEXT YEAR 2009. So I add one more wish here, Happy New Year 2009. May we all be more friendlier than before, a bit closer and a bit happier. Not too much later cannot take it. :D
I leave you all with great presents, the popcorn machines!!!

Now you know, I love you all. To all Sabahans, Don’t drink and Drive. Ask someone else to drive ok. PEACE!!

Happy Weekend just before the Big Christmas Celebration!

celebration, family, Office, Sabah December 19th, 2008 | Viewed 964 views

Wow thats a long title! Okay you asked for it, I repeat, Happy Weekend just before the Big Christmas Celebration! Now you ready or not? LOL.

Anyway, since today is my final Friday before Christmas where I am working alone again, where the telephone never stop ringing and I am taking my lunch(Danone Chipsmore cookies) indoor because cannot leave the room, I just want to wish you all a Happy Weekend and advance Merry Christmas.

I am actually watching the Astro Live on the Badminton World Super Series happening near us, the Likas Sports Complex. And Yesssss, I saw Lee Chong Wei beat Peter Gade. It was not easy for him, winning by a point or two only. Pretty interesting indeed. At least I’m not so boring in the computer room.

Anyway, just want to share that I will be off for two days this weekend like once in month only and be spending time with the kids and the mommy, play indoor swimming pool and maybe later with my radio control trucks. So if you not doing anything this weekend, if you are around KK Sabah, come to watch us bashing radio control trucks and buggies this Sunday at Likas Sports Complex empty land at far corner. Just come and say Hi to me.

Oh ya, no more Christmas shopping. Not enough money, what to buy. Maybe just watch, look-look only. Sigh. Hahahahaha. But nevermind, as long as the family is around me, I’ll be ok. And oh ya, as long as my rc buggy engine still starts perfectly, I don’t mind too. :D

Peace to all human and May Your Holiday be Jolly. If you wanna invite me to Aramaiti.. just leave comments here. Hahahaha.

*I actually forcing myself to smile. I’ve been cursing since this morning because I’m working alone. Colleague last minute took leave and every work and damn all calls suddenly focusing on today.

Selamat Hari Raya Haji

celebration, Hari raya, Holidays December 7th, 2008 | Viewed 874 views

Ya bah. Selamat Hari Raya Haji Aidil Adha to all Muslims and to whoever celebrating it. May all Hajis, Hajjahs and Haji-Hajjahs to be, celebrate tomorrow Monday 8 December with happiness.

Hre from Wiki:

Festival of Sacrifice is a religious festival celebrated by Muslims and Druze worldwide in commemoration of the willingness of Ibrahim (Abraham) to sacrifice his son as an act of obedience to God. The devil tempted Ibrahim by saying he should disobey God and spare his son. As Ibrahim was about to sacrifice his son, God intervened and instead provided a lamb as the sacrifice. This is why today all over the world Muslims who have the means to, sacrifice an animal (usually a goat or a sheep), as a reminder of Ibrahim’s obedience to God. The meat is then shared out with family, friends (Muslims or non-Muslims), as well as the poor members of the community. (Islam names Ishmael as the son who was to be sacrificed, whereas the Judeo-Christian name Isaac).

Eid al-Adha is one of two Eid festivals celebrated by Muslims, whose basis comes from the Quran.[1] (Muslims in Iran celebrate a third, non-denominational Eid.) Like Eid el-Fitr, Eid al-Adha begins with a short prayer followed by a sermon (khuá¹ba).

Eid al-Adha annually falls on the 10th day of the month of Dhul Hijja (ذو الحجة) of the lunar Islamic calendar. The festivities last for two to three days or more depending on the country. Eid al-Adha occurs the day after the pilgrims conducting Hajj, the annual pilgrimage to Mecca in Saudi Arabia by Muslims worldwide, descend from Mount Arafat. It happens to be approximately 70 days after the end of the month of Ramadan.

A very interesting read up there. I don’t know how to wish you all but I guess enough to say I think about it and all the sacrifice the animal have to make. It is indeed a Festival of Sacrifice. For info, I know a little bit about it because my own big sister is a real Hajjah who made her pilgrimage years ago. So indirectly, every time there’s a Hari Raya Celebration, we celebrate it too – until full stomach :D
Oh ya, one more thing, it is the first time our chinese head company give us holiday on this date. Like first time in 13 years I’m with them!~!!!!

So I will be on holiday too tomorrow 8 Dec 2008. Hooray. :D No key man insurance to face during the day. They do come in our office you know!! :P
