Just want to help friends here. Need some info badly so to avoid listening to this person complaining all the time.

Can any of you, reader(s) have any info on any diets that work for people that does not really want to work out? I have a friend that really need this kind of diet. She is, if I have to say here, very lazy, when comes to exercising. Or even just want to walk to the nearby shop, she immediately said, next time. However, when listening to her “complaint”, she obviously disgusted with her own self. She keeps saying I hate being fat or bigger than my other friends. She always said, I am going for diet.
