Yep. About my friend again. for info, I’m not “bad-mouthing’ them .. i just want to share their agony here.

Forgive me, as I said, I’m in the mood to talk now. So this blog is a good place to let it all out. You all coming here, no need to read one. To those wanted to know, hang on tight. I am going to let it all out.

Okay, back to my friends. I have a friend with pain on the butt, a friend with heart ache due to just broken up with his long time girl friend. I have a friend with stress as almost the same as mine, work related. I also have a friend who is so possess with how to make more money. He joined everything in this planet, direct selling, network marketing whatever.

However, this one friend of mine with his weight problem, I want to talk about here. Well, he is not that “fat” or considered as a person with “weight problem”. I think he is just frustrated with other things that he blamed he “big size” as the problem. He is no more than only a half size bigger than me and and I am not that thin, you know. He is so possessed with this so-called weight problem that he keep buying all those pills, liquid medicine and many more so that he will not look bad on the mirror. Geez.

i told him, there is no such thing as best weight loss program out there. It it just his mind that need some fixing. On the other hand, I pity him. I guess his recent divorce with his wife of 5 years must have some serious effect on his life today. With no children to care, he is getting worse every day. Hope one day, he will be all right.

I will be watching his progress. So sad. I thought I have bad days, every day, but his case is even bad.

Just want to help friends here. Need some info badly so to avoid listening to this person complaining all the time.

Can any of you, reader(s) have any info on any diets that work for people that does not really want to work out? I have a friend that really need this kind of diet. She is, if I have to say here, very lazy, when comes to exercising. Or even just want to walk to the nearby shop, she immediately said, next time. However, when listening to her “complaint”, she obviously disgusted with her own self. She keeps saying I hate being fat or bigger than my other friends. She always said, I am going for diet. Well, as a friend, of course I encourage her. As long as she is happy, we friends happy too.

However, comes to the next food stop, she is the one never stop drooling all the sweet, fat-producer food and ordered more than us. So pity of her but she is herself to blame. I still believe it is all in the head. I compare it to trying to stop smoking. Mostly guys, or girls that smoke, say it is hard to stop. I wanted to stop, but I just can’t. Well, I did it and all I did was, I stop smoking. That’s all. I told my head, stop, I do not want to smoke anymore, for the rest of my life. Done. Until now, I feel much better not smoking. It can be done. It’s all in the head. Don’t talk about you this and that. If you want, really want it, you can.

For info, I used to smoke 2 packs a day and for straight 8 years non-stop.

On the other hand, this is not about me. This is just about want to help my friend go thinner. If she willing, She can be “The Biggest loser” … only if she wants. So far, there is no single diet that really can help people who not him/herself wants to.

Yabah, I am now on Digi EDGE connected at 3.6Mbps from office at Luyang. Now I can blog. Damn it for the last two weeks I cannot access my blog and sometimes, not even able to see the beautiful header up there (of which already outdated Hahaha!).

Well, to be honest, it is not mine. I just “curi” from my lady supervisor so I can update my few blogs. I asked her how much she just told me same like streamyx. Well, I don’t care how much. I definitely getting this in few days time. I am getting the Celcom 3G datacard. Much better I think. Whatever it is, thanks to my friend, I am now talking to you.

To make this a very worthy posting, why don’t you try this cool digital cameras and tell me later all about it. At least, I got paid to be online. See, how much I am losing if I am not online. I have more than ten overdue tasks and assignments. Some of the advertisers already reminded me through my gmail. I lose few hundred bucks opportunities and all because not being online. I am definitely getting the mobile Celcom 3G card.

I sense the question here, what about the house streamyx? Well, the house connection is ok but I already made myself known to NOT go online at night time. At least not doing any surfing or what. Checking email allowed but not others. Night time is only for the family.. that include as what I have already said in the Blog Mogok post, I spend my time with Josh playing computer games and helping wife ‘jaga’ the Twins.

So my only time is on day time. Day time is usually in the office and since 1st February, our office streamyx is really unusable. Funny thing is I can sometimes connect to yahoo messenger and able to chat with friends. So there, why I have not been updating this blog for a long time. I want to take this opportunity to say thanks to Daniel and Mel for actually worry about me and really calling me through handphone to check me out. They are indeed my friends for life. Thanks and I appreciate it very much. MMMuuuuaaaaaahhh.

Of course, not forgetting my friend Azmeen from HTNet Solutions. He had helped me in so many ways and so many times. Especially during my blog downtime such as this period. Along the non-stop pestering from me, he never once never help me. He even gave me some tips on how to make the blog load faster and still can crack a joke one or two while solving my problem. Thanks Azmeen, you the man!
