I thought I wanna write something good today but I think I will hold it until tomorrow. I considered today is a sad day for me personally. Why?

Firstly, minus what happened in the morning which I will tell later, I just received a phone call at 2:30pm just now from wife saying our apartment tenant is moving out by next month. Not because she does not like the apartment, but because she have to be near her new working place. She is a Doctor. So sad to lose her for she is such a good tenant. Always pay on time - one week earlier and even one month extra. Another headache to find new tenant (or buyer).

Me no idea now. Office work still there. Connection ok. Server ok. it is just me not ok. I know surf7.net is down now. Confirmed. Time check 6pm. So some of my friends blog are out of connection. Too bad they are not in my dedicated server. Need better backbone or something in that term to ensure 99% uptime and I rely heavily on my main server. So far, it never let me down.
