Today is my off day, at home trying to relax but obviously cannot.

The sad things are, wife also sick in bed and my elder son Josh made himself “popular” in his class, again. Two important persons in my life got problems and now thinking about it, I think I will get headache in few minutes after this typing.

The good things are, wife will get better soon because she is relaxing, napping comfortably on the sofa now and my son involvement with other kids at school did not go to extreme that he be “ex-schooled”! Read the rest of this entry »

I almost forgot!!

Today is my lovely, most darling person in my life, my sweet Wife’s Birthday!!! Hoorayyy.

Now why am I so happy when I almost forgotten about it. Hehe. Well, I always look at the positive side. At least I know, she is beautiful to me. At least I know, she is as lovely as before. At least I know today that she is still the caring and most understanding person to me, even more than the first day I married her.

At least I know, today 26th April 2011, she is still the one I LOVE SO VERY MUCH and I WILL NEVER EVER GOING TO FIND ANOTHER ONE, because she is SO AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL as it was the day I fall in love with her.

So yes I am happy that today is her birthday … and I hope she is happy too with me

AMEN.

You know, it is that feeling again. I know I am not that old, at 40 is still young for me but why the occasional old feeling keep “haunting” me??

Maybe it is the stress or maybe I just think too much. I know I am thinking about my kids all the time. Yeah, the RC is always there but it is the kids’ progression in life that matters most to me. The age seems to produce a lot of life’s obstacles in front of me.

Yes … the weekend signals the start of my son’s school holiday, but boo not for me

It would be an interesting week if I could just get one of these Outer Banks vacation rentals for my whole family. At least it is not going to be so boring for my son. Probably a half day outing for the kids at the Bukit Padang swimming pool will do. Hope I can fulfilled this. I also need a day or two outing; Out of the office. I know wife would love too.

Sigh.

Hmm, today’s feelings? I mean, up to this very moment? Not bad. I am alive. Not good, because I am still and working on Sunday… weekend and I am working. Shit!

Oh yes, now I am angry. I am not supposed to but yes I am now. Damn. I just want to let this out. That spoilt the whole thing here. Aiyoooohhhh!!

Do you have the weight problem? I mean, others told you that you have weight problem kind of thing? No?

Well, it is a never ending battle with our weight. Having the weight loss diet supplements at your disposal is sometimes a good thing. You can use it anytime you like. Even if you are not using them, you can actually help others just by giving them one or two, you know

Personally, I try to ignore them. I just do my daily routine, I am good so far. I bet others too. Sadly to a few, their weight is really a problem. I pity them indeed

yeah, come on, let us do it like your life depends on it. Oh yeah.

I said before, I do not like to exercise. Especially if it’s come to rapid movement like jogging. I mean anything to do with my knees, I am out. Man, the age is catching me fast. I can do fast walking .. that will do I think.

Interesting, my wife loves to jog. I mean, if she cannot jog, she fast walking around the 2km park. But guess what, she still not happy. She said she eats a lot!!! Now please anyone, is there such a thing as best appetite suppressant for women?? This is definitely a good one FOR HER!!!

Hahaha.

What exercise? What for? No, no need. Haha. That’s me … at my age now

Ok Ok. I know what you guys wanted to say. Exercise is good for your heart. Exercise is good for your health. Bla bla bla. Of course but not for everyone I tell you.

Well, what I wanted to say is that, there are so many ways to do the exercise. Sometimes, the thing you do is not actually in the category exercise but just your normal doing. I share you what I did everyday which I think are good enough to race my heartbeat every morning. Haha. I am not talking about making love here … which is a good exercise too you know *wink* *wink*.
