Still Not Sleeping at 5:30am!

family, Off Day, Public Holiday, Thursday May 1st, 2008 | Viewed 1,174 views

Still awake and everything seems to be ok. So far, no house broken into case here. Yes, I know. I should relax myself. What can I say, I have this new thing on 1st May. You call it Phobia but I call it Family Protection. I actually applied annual leave just to be at home on this so called public holiday, the labour day! Cissss.

Just went down, checked every door and window. All secured. All lights on. Car still there and not opened. Double check by realarming it again. OK, I’m a bit happy now but still the sun is not out yet. I will only be happy when everything is ok by 6am. The sun should have come out by then.

For now, still here live. Thanks to Cindy for accompanying me a while ago in the messenger. Obviously, she was still up at 5am. Hahaha. She recommended me to get a dog to take care the house. Thanks there Cindy ;) I will consider that. I have a phobia taking care a dog too. We have bad experience with our own last time. Here his story once upon a time a dog name Truggy!

Oh yes, we talked about the Liverpool match against Chelsea too.. LIVE. Hahaha. The only think that we did not chat about is the shipping boxes. Why should we, right? “Tidak kena mengena pun!”. Hahahaha.

OK, enough, 5 more minutes to 6am. I am making my round again downstairs. So till next posting, I love you all. Please comment again, muuuuaaaaah.

Is it fair or not?

Leisure, Life, personal, Thursday, Woman December 6th, 2007 | Viewed 840 views

This early morning driving my way to wife’s office and mine, we usually got caught by the radio crazy two deejays from Hitz.fm. I am not going to explain who they are. They are crazy that is one thing for sure. To make their resume worst, they spam your phone with their prank calls. OMG, that is why we love them. You hate them for doing that but you love them at the same time.

All right enough of that. Here why I wanna write this before I forget. This morning the prank call is to this girl name Nabilla I think. She is actually one of the DJs, either Rudy or whatever the other one name is, younger sister. Who is currently no boyfriend, single and beautiful (that I just making ass-u-me). Hopefully lah coz that it will not be worthy right. Kekeke.

Anyway, here they called her like he introduced himself as ‘Ahmad’ but with a twist. ‘Ahmad’ has this ‘gagap’ or what the English for it already, like stuttering voice or words. He tried to, you know, ‘tackle’ or asked for a date with this Nabilla since she is single, no boyfriend and furthermore, ‘Ahmad’ said he was rich, got lot of money. Well, as you probably can guess, Nabilla rejected him. In fact, like, “please don’t call me again. I do not know you.” “Please don’t disturb me!”. Hang up twice or probably three times, I can’t remember.

So, as usual, this creative ‘scammers’ deejays tried different approach. This time as the macho, musky voice. he impersonated as ‘Joseph’ who faked as actually coming from South Africa ( I suddenly imagine the negro there) and asked for a date. Guess what happened? He said, he wanted the girl to show him around KL or somewhere and that a friend name ‘Shafiq’ introduced or the proper word was, recommended Nabilla the girl since she knew the place very well. Wahhh, the girl even ‘layan’ this ‘Joseph’, even up to telling where she works and what time she will be out from work. Apalah!!!! This ‘Joseph’ actually managed to get himself a date with Nabilla. Even set a time and place to meet.

How come like that one? Tadi, garang-garang don’t want to talk to ‘Ahmad’ and even hang up the phone before ‘Ahmad’ finish his slow machine-gun sentence. So kesian the ‘Ahmad’ guy. But suddenly changed to being receptive to ‘Joseph’ and even want to meet up a stranger like ‘Joseph’ at around 6:30pm near KLCC. Apalah!???!!! Is the voice really important? Where goes the saying, is the heart that importantlah blah blah blah etc etc.

Now tell me, is it fair or not to ‘Ahmad’? How come lady can just change like that without even see the real person? Why is so like that?

Personally I hope there are not more girls or ladies like this. I am so kesian (pity) with ‘Ahmad’ people. OK, I laugh at the whole thing, the Deejays done a very dam good Gotcha Phone Prank on her but still, it makes me wonder on the opposite sex behavior. Are you girls like that? Mommies, you too? Now Bachelors my friends and Daddies and Fathers, what say you on this matter?

Working on Public Holiday?

Public Holiday, Thursday, Working November 8th, 2007 | Viewed 1,515 views

I hate it when I have to work on Public Holiday, today on Deepavali. :( This is supposed to be a family day for me. I hate leaving my wife with the children alone at home. I hate it, period.

I woke up real early, as always by my loving alarm Mr. Wonder Boy, Preston. After 4oz, straight snoring back to his must-be-happy-dream because he was smiling when I left him. As early as 5:30am I was already on my way to Kota Kinabalu International Airport to send my mother and elder sister to Lahad Datu. They are on holiday till Monday with my younger sister there. My sister actually bought them tickets to her son’s “potong rambut” session this coming weekend. How I wish we can be there too – but as always again, WORKING ON WEEKENDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK lah. enough of this.
